Ingredients

Clean brown paper grocery bag

4-Flour tortillas

1/2-cup sugar mixed with 2-tsp. cinnamon

Coffee ice cream

1-cup “good quality” hot fudge topping, heated

1-tsp. cinnamon

dash chili pepper

1-cup chopped peanuts

Whipped cream

Preparation

Put sugar/cinnamon mixture into brown paper bag, set aside. Cut each tortilla into 4 triangle pieces (like nachos). Fry each tortilla piece briefly in a fry pan sprayed with oil. As they finish, pop immediately into the paper bag with sugar mixture and shake to coat.Set on paper towels. Continue frying and coating till gone. Add 1-tsp. cinnamon and chili to heated fudge topping and stir to blend. Layer sundae as follows: tortilla triangle, scoop of icecream, 1TB. fudge topping, tortilla triangle, scoop of ice cream, fudge topping, whipped cream, and sprinle with peanuts. Repeat for each sundae.
