box (1 lb) angel hair pasta

jar (7 oz) sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil, drained and oil reserved

1/2

cup grated Parmesan cheese

slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled

Preparation

Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.

Toss pasta in oil from sun-dried tomatoes. Season pasta lightly with salt and pepper.

Chop sun-dried tomatoes. Add to pasta.

Top pasta with Parmesan cheese; toss to coat evenly. Divide pasta among 6 bowls. Top with bacon.
