Ingredients

-4 Medium sized “Arabian Flatbreads”

-1 Small can tomato paste

-2 Cloves garlic, minced

-2 Cups Mozzarella cheese

-4 leaves fresh Basil

-5 sun dried tomato slices (packed in jar with olice oil)

-2 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

-pinch red pepper flakes

-salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 Degrees

Optional: lightly brush bottom of each flatbread with olive oil and a pinch of salt & pepper.

To make pizza sauce: -Combine tomato paste, minced garlic, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper in bowl and leave for 20 minutes to let flavors come together.

-Pizza Making -Place 1 heaping table spoon of pizza sauce in the center of each flatbread. -Spread sauce evenly over each -Slice basil leaves into long strips and add one sliced leaf to every pizza. -Slice sun-dried tomato’s into 1/2 inch strips and place evenly over each pizza -Cover each pizza with 1/2 cheese -Place on large baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
