Ingredients

Ice (Cocktail shaker)

4 shots of rum

1 shot of sour cherry syrup*

3/4 shot lemongrass syrup*

4 limes (squeenzed)

4 TBS. of frozen or fresh raspberries (muddled)

Preparation

Add ice to a cocktail shaker and fill with rum, sour cherry syrup, lemongrass syrup and lime-juice. Take 2 margarita glasses, put muddled raspberries in the bottom and add the liquid.

Sour cherry syrup can be bought at middle eastern grocers.

Lemongrass Syrup: Boil 2 1/2 cups of water with 1 1/4 cups sugar. Let it boil just long enough for the sugar to dissolve. Turn off heat. Cut 4 sticks of lemongrass in 1/2, lengthwise. Let steep in the syrup for at least a half hour. Let cool and refrigerate.
