Ingredients
Salad:
2 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
1/2 cup thinly sliced radishes
3 tablespoons chopped red onion
1 medium head romaine lettuce, torn into 2-inch pieces
Dressing:
1/4 cup oil
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
Preparation
In a large bowl, toss together all salad ingredients. Cover and chill one hour. Shake all dressing ingredients together in a jar. Chill. Just before serving, pour dressing over salad and toss.
