Ingredients
01 pkg Bertolli wheat spagetti
2 tomatoes, chooped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg mushrooms, sliced
turkey sausage
oregano
butter
mozoralla
parmesian
italian dressing if desired
Preparation
Preheat oven 350. Sray bottom of 9x11" dish. In separate sauce pans, using the lease amount of butter, combined and sautee’ green pepper & onions in one pan, mushrooms in one, and sausage in another, each untill sauteed. Cook spagetti as directed,drain, set aside. Combine garlic,tomatoes, & oregano together, set aside. When all ingredients are sauted, begin layering. (if desired, for a little tangy taste, pour italian dressing on bottom of dish). 1st layer spagetti, peppers & onion mix, then sausage ( if using), then mushrooms, tomato w/garlic & oregano mix, parmesian & mozarella. Relayer. Heat covered approx. 20 min., than uncover and cook until golden brown. Bon Apatete!
