Ingredients

2 croissants, sliced in half

peach jam

4 egg, beat

teaspoon vanilla

Variety of ripe stone fruit (plums, peaches, nectarines)

ham steak

maple syrup

Preparation

Spread jam on croissants and put back together Beat eggs ina bowl and add vanilla Dip croissants in mixture and place on the grilluntil brown Flip on the other side Slice fruits in half and place on grill, flesh side down for 3 minutes or until caramelized Heat ham on the grill Remove french toast, fruit and ham as they finish cooking Poor on maple syrup and serve
