Ingredients

1 1/2 cups steamed frozen sweet peas. (May use sugar snaps in shell for 1/2 cup of peas)cooled

4 boiled eggs, chopped

1/2 cup chopped sweet pickles

(home canned is best!)

1/2 Cup chopped sweet onion

1/2 cup diced sharp cheddar cheese (optional)

1/3 Cup Mayonnaise

Salt

Black Pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and toss to coat with mayo. Before refrigerating, be sure to seal very tightly.
