Ingredients

1 box of angel hair pasta

1 pound bay shrimp

2 fresh tomatoes- chopped

1 bunch green onions- chopped

1 package of fresh sliced mushrooms or I can of sliced mushrooms

1 can baby corn- chopped

1 can sliced olives

1 can marinated artichoke hearts

1 bottle of your favorite vinaigrette dressing

Preparation

Cook pasta and rinse thoroughly, place in a bowl and add half of the dressing. Let chill for at least half an hour in refrigerator. After pasta is chilled, add chopped veggies and remaining dressing and toss. Divide into serving bowls, top with shrimp and serve!
