Ingredients
1 lb small shell pasta,cooked
1 15 oz can mandarin oranges
1 small can pineapple tidbits
1 med garden cucumber peeled and diced
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 c salad dressing
1/4 c white vinegar
1/2 c white sugar
Preparation
Cook pasta in a 6 qt pot of boiling salted water untill al dente. drain in a colander and rinse with cold water. place cooked ,cooled pasta in a large bowl.
While the pasta is cooking drain the mandarin oranges and the pineapple tidbits, Let sit in colander while making sauce.
In a small bowl combine the salad dressing,vinegar and sugar and mix wtih a spoon till ingredients are well blended.
Peel cucumber and dice and add to pasta bowl Clean and chop the green onion and add to pasta bowl. Add the drained fruit to pasta bowl. Pour sauce over pasta and toss gently. place the salad in to a serving dish and keeep chilled till ready to serve .
