Ingredients

5 lb. Hamburger (lean)

4 T. tenderquick

2 1/2 t. mustard seed

2 1/2 t. cracked black pepper

1 t. liquid smoke

2 1/2 t. garlic salt

1 T. hickory smoked salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Store in refrigerator for 4 days. Mix everyday. On 3rd or 4th day form into rolls. Bake for 8 hours at 150 in a rack. turning after 4 hours.
