3 cups of Tomatoes
3 cups Seedless Watermelon
1/2 cup Basil sliced
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup Good Olive Oil
1 Lime juiced
Optional: 1/4 cup chopped Fresh Mint
Preparation
Quarter Tomatoes, seed and cut in 1 inch cubes Cut seedless watermelon into 1 inch cubes Thinly slice a red onion by halving and thin slicing vertical Cut Basil in strips; chop mint if using Toss all together in glass bowl with olive oil and juice of one lime
