Ingredients

1 pint red cherry tomatoes (halved)

1 pint yellow cherry tomatoes (halved)

1 medium onion finely chopped

olive oil

1 ear fresh corn

6 green onions chopped 2 cloves garlic

12 oz shell pasta

5 oz ricotta cheese

basil chopped

parmesan cheese

Preparation

In a skillet w/oil saute onions, corn, garlic. to wilt. cook pasta (reserce some pasta water) Drain return pasta to pot; add tomatoes, onion mixture, green onions ricotta salsa & basil. Toss & serve w/parmesan cheese
