Ingredients
1 12-oz. package Vermecilli spaghetti
4 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. lemon juice, fresh
1 Tbsp. Accent
2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1 cup sliced black olives
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 4-oz. jar sliced pimentoes
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Prepare spaghetti according to package directions. Rinse spaghetti and marinate in first four ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
