white chocolate

cream cheese

sour cream

lime rind

orange marmalade

berrie or fruit of your choice

mini baked gram cracker crust

Preparation

melt white chocolate and add lime rind, cream cheese, sour cream, and confectioners sugar together. mix and blend well. spoon mixture into mini gram cracker crusts. put a thin layer of fruit on top in a geometric design. heat up orange marmalade into liquid form and brush or lightly drizzle over fruit in a glaze. cover and refigerate for 8 hours
