Ingredients

1 cup of Black bean and corn salsa,

One large onion chopped, lightly sautéed in a little butter

I egg

1 cup finely crushed tortilla chips

1 lb hamburger

3 tablespoons flour (I use rice or corn flour for gluten free eating)

1 tablespoon crushed garlic cloves

1 tablespoon cilantro (always to taste)

Pepper to taste

White Cheddar Cheese (If you can have milk products)

Preparation

Sauté onions in a small sauce pan in butter. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together, sprinkling the flour with the hamburger first, carefully to assure that lumps to not occur. Then add the rest of the stuff. Chill in the refrigerator for 6 hours. Pan fry. Can be grilled if the grating supports the meat, if not, can use foil Top with sharp white cheddar cheese. Melt
