Ingredients
1 1/2 cups pineapple chunks
strawberries, sliced and sugared
1 banana
2 cups blueberries
2 peaches, sliced thinly and sugared if needed
2 small cartons lemon chiffon yogurt
1/2 c.sliced almonds,lightly toasted
Preparation
Using a clear glass bowl, layer your favorite fruits. Layer the following fruits: pineapple chunks strawberries, sliced and sugared lightly banana blueberries peaches
You may substitute any of your favorite fruits.
Spread a layer of lemon chiffon yogurt over the top layer of fruit. Sprinkle with toasted, sliced almonds and refrigerate till ready to serve.
