Ingredients

Crust:

1 Cup Butter

3 Cups Flour

1/3 Cup ice water

Filling:

4 Kiwis (peeled and sliced)

3 Peached (peeled and cubed)

1/4 cup flour

2 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

strong dollop of honey

Preparation

Crust:

Cut butter into flour until it becomes small pea sized. Slowly add ice water, stop stirring after clumps form, but before it becomes a ball. Knead dough, separate into 2 balls and chill for 30 minutes

Filling:

Combine fruit, sugar, cinnamon and flour and let sit 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 350. Pour mixture into sauce pan over low heat. Add honey, and let simmer about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour mixture in to pie crust, and cover with second crust.

Bake 45-50ish minutes. Let cool slightly. Enjoy!
