Ingredients
1 1/5 pound flank steak
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon tarragon
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 oz terriaki
2 oz worcheshire sauce
Preparation
Lay flank steak flat and upside down (smooth side down) on large platter. Place terriaki & worchesire sauce on steak. Allow to soak in 5 minutes. Sprinkle tarrogon, onion and cinnamon and rub into meat. Preheat grill to 400. Place steak on grill smooth side down for 10 min. Turn and add any remaing sauce from platter. Grill for 10 min. This will be med.rare. Cook another 5 nin for med. Remove from grill and slice paper thin strips on an angle 60 to 70 degrees. Serve with baked potatoe, fresh green beans and corn on the cobb, with a good merlot.
