Ingredients
1 large Orange Jello
1 medium Cool Whip
1 large container of cottage cheese
1 can Mandarin oranges - drain juice
1 can crushed (chunk) pineapple - drain juice
1 jar of halved Marashino Cherries
Preparation
In a large bowl thoroughly blend orange jello and cool whip.
Add cottage cheese to the mixture and stir until totally blended.
Fold in Mandarin Oranges and Pineapple. Blend together.
Spoon mixture into a flat pyrex baking dish or serving bowl.
Garnish the top of the salad with Marashino cherries.
Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes before serving.
