Ingredients

2-3 cans green giant summer crisp corn

red pepper

1-2 celery sticks

1-2 green onions

3-4 radishes

2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro or parsley

Italian dressing (or your favorite vinagrette dressing)

pepper to taste

Preparation

add corn to bowl (straight from can do not cook) chop remaining vegatables finely add desired amount of dressing, about 1/4 cup. season with pepper.
