Ingredients

2 cans drained whole corn

1 tomato, diced thinly

1 small onion diced thinly

1 green bell pepper, chopped

1 cucumber, peeled and diced

3/4 cups oil

1/4 cup of vinegar

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon mustard

1/4 teaspoon hot sauce (of choice)

dash of pepper

Preparation

  • Mix all the vegetables together
  • seperately combile all other ingredients to make the dressing
  • add to the veggies, let chill for at least a couple hourse before serving
