Ingredients

6 cups of greens, varied according to your taste

1/2 cup julienned carrots

1 package sliced mushrooms (12 oz.)

1 package boxed Perdue chicken, either original or honey roasted, cut into pieces

2 shallots chopped

1/2 cup flavored almonds

3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1/4 tsp. sugar

1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. minced, jarred garlic

pepper to taste

Preparation

Put first 5 ingredients in a large salad bowl. (Put almonds on the side to garnish salad.) In separate bowl, combine oil, vinegar, garlic and spices. Whisk until creamy and then drizzle on salad and toss. Add almonds as garnish and enjoy!
