Ingredients

1 pound whole grains of your choice (oats, flax, rye, barley, etc.)

1 cup seeds/nuts of your choice (pumpkin, almonds, walnuts, pecans, etc.)

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 teaspoons cinnamon

2 teaspoons vanilla

Other variations:

Add 2 tablespoons of freshly sqeezed orange or lemon juice

Your favorite spice blends

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in medium sized bowl. Add olive oil, cinnamon and vanilla. Bake in glass baking pan or on cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes, stirring every 5-10 minutes. Cool and store in a tight container.

Serve with cold soy or dairy milk, or mix into yogurt. Excellent with added berries.
