Ingredients
2 frozen pie crust
3 tablesp cornstarch
1 cup splenda
3/4 teasp cinnamon
1/4 teasp nutmeg
1/4 teasp salt
8 cups sliced, cored, peeled granny smith apples
Preparation
combine cornstarch, splenda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. sprinkle over apples and toss. arrange apples in crust, add top crust. bake at 425 until golden brown, 40 to 50 mins. cool on wire rack. serve warm with sugarfree ice cream. store in frig.
