Ingredients
1 TBS. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Ground Ginger
1 tsp. Curry Powder
1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1/4 Cup Sugar'
2 TBS Honey
3 Cups Walnut Halves
1/2 tsp. Salt
Preparation
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Stir in ginger, curry powder and cayenne, until smooth. Add sugarand honey; stir until blended. Stir in walnuts until well coated.
Spread onto a waxed paper-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt. Cool and break apart. Store in an air-tight container.
