Ingredients

1 baked 9in. pie crust

1 cup Splenda (sugar substitute)

2 Tbs. Corn Starch

1 Tbs. Flour

2 Cups Milk

2 squares (unsweetened)Chocolate

3 eggs (seperated)

1 Tbs. butter

1 tsp. vanilla

1/4 tsp. cream of tarter

Preparation

cook until mixture boils and is thick. Beat 3 egg yolks, add some of the pie filling to egg yolks, return it to the pan and mix completely . Cook 1 minute, remove from heat and add butter and Vanila. Let cool and pour into baked pie crust. Beat egg whites adding 6 Tbs. Splenda 1 Tbs. at a time, 1 tsp. Vanilla, 1/4 tsp. cream of tarter.
