Ingredients

1/2 cup flour (scant)

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

pinch of salt

1/2 pt whipping cream

1/2 pt milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Mix ingredients in order given. Pour into 9" pastry shell. Bake in hot oven 425 (400) 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350 (325) for 30 min or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
