Ingredients

3 c. Fresh Yams

1 c. Sugar

1/2 tsp. Salt

2 Eggs

1/2 c. Milk

1/3 stick Butter or Margarine

1 t. Vanilla

For Topping:

1 c. Brown Sugar

1 c. Chopped Pecans

1/3 c. Flour

1/3 c. Melted Butter or Margarine

Preparation

  1. Boil yams. Mash them.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients with the mashed yams.
  3. Mix separately the topping ingredients.
  4. Spread yams in 9x13 baking dish.
  5. Spread topping on top.
  6. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
