Ingredients
3 c. Fresh Yams
1 c. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 Eggs
1/2 c. Milk
1/3 stick Butter or Margarine
1 t. Vanilla
For Topping:
1 c. Brown Sugar
1 c. Chopped Pecans
1/3 c. Flour
1/3 c. Melted Butter or Margarine
Preparation
- Boil yams. Mash them.
- Mix remaining ingredients with the mashed yams.
- Mix separately the topping ingredients.
- Spread yams in 9x13 baking dish.
- Spread topping on top.
- Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
