Ingredients
3 pounds chicken drummies, skinned
2 to 3 tablespoons canola oil
SOY COOKING SAUCE
! cup soy sauce
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cups water
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
1 tablespoon hot garlic chili sauce
Preparation
Heat oil on medium high in a 12 inch sided frying pan . Brown chicken drummies for 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally. While chicken is browning, mix Soy Cooking Sauce in a large bowl. When chicken is browned, add sauce, bring to boil and then lower heat to simmer. Cook for 30 to 35 minutes. Take off heat and sprinkle with 2-3 tablespoons of freshly chopped cilantro. Serve with basmati rice and enjoy.
