Ingredients

4oz or 125g grated tasty cheese and or parmesan for extra flavour

3 tblsp cream

1 egg

1 tblsp Dijon mustard

½ onion chopped finely

parsley chopped

sheets of puff pastry - slightly thawed

bacon chopped and lightly fried

baby spinach shredded

Preparation

Preheat oven to 200c

Combine cheese, cream, egg, mustard, onion, and parsley

Halve mixture and put some of the chopped bacon in one half and the shredded baby spinach in the other

Cut circles out of pastry with an egg ring and press into a greased patty cake or muffin pan and fill with mixture

Bake in 200c oven for 20mins, they cook very quickly
