Ingredients

For 5 pounds of chicken, mix together:

1 cup lemon juice

1 cup lime juice

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

3-4 tablespoons dill weed

1 (11 oz.) bottle hard lemonade (such as Mike’s, Two Dogs)

Preparation

Pour mixture into large rectangular glass pan. Add chicken, refrigerate. Turn over chicken pieces occasionally. Outside of chicken may turn whitish, from the acids in the marinade. For peak flavor, let marinate for about 2-3 hours. Cook on the grill until thoroughly done.
