Ingredients

1 avocado

1 tblsp olive oil

1 garlic clove minced or pressed

1 tsp sea or kosher salt

1 tblsp fresh chopped cilantro

1 tsp red pepper flakes

1 lime quartered

1 roma tomato diced

Preparation

Mix everything together except tomatoes and lime until mixture is desired consistency. Squeeze 2 quarters lime over mixture then top with tomatoes followed by remaining lime juice and pepper to taste.
