Ingredients
Pepperidge Farm white loaves - one large loaf, one short loaf
1/4 lb butter
6 medium onions, chopped
2 bunches celery, chopped
Parsley bunch, chopped
Preparation
Dry bread overnight, lay out on trays
Chop onions, cook in butter in large skillet until nearly clear
Add chopped celery, cook until beings to soften
Add parsley
Cook covered until soft
Add to bread in large bowl, stir
Stuff in turkey
