Ingredients

3 hard rolls

1 onion

chopped parsley

chopped liver and heart of turkey

butter or margarine

3 eggs

salt & pepper & nutmeg to taste

Preparation

Soak hard rolls in water and/or milk. Cook liver and turkey in butter or margarine on stovetop. Saute onion. Squeeze excess moisture from rolls; add to turkey and onion mixture. Add salt, pepper & nutmeg to taste. Add eggs & parsley. Place in turkey just before roasting.
