Ingredients
8 medium to large zucchini
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup cheese
Some zucchini water as needed
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Steam 8 zucchini till medium soft. Extract centers into a bowl and blend with a hand blender. miix in Italian bread crumbs with centers and zucchini water, and cheese.
Ground pork in a skillet and mix with other ingredients.
Fill zucchinis with mixture and place in oiled pans. Bake in oven at 400 for 20 minutes (watch after 20 and continue till desired cooking)
