Ingredients
2 tomatoes
1/4 cup cheese
salt and pepper to taste
then add whatever you desire…
bacon bits broccoli florets
garlic, cilantro
Preparation
Cut tomatoes in half, scoop out centres of tomatoes and put in separate bowl put tomato insides grated cheese and anything else your children will eat - broccoli florets, bacon bits a little salt and pepper then mix mixture together and scoop into tomato shells, either serve cold - broil under grill or gently bbq until cheese is melted. For adults garlic or cilantro makes this wonderful, this is quick easy and delicious add ingredients to your own taste
