Ingredients
1 ea. 4X4 Tomato
3 ea. Shitake Mushrooms(sliced)
3 ea. Asparagus Spears
5 ea. Haricot Verts
1 ea. Roma Tomato (diced)
3 ozs. Red Onion (diced)
4 ozs. Chevre
Preparation
take 4x4 tomato and remove meat and seeds. Take other ingredients except for cheese and saute in olive oil for 3-5 minutes. Take all ingredients and stuff into 4x4 tomato alternating with goat cheese. Topp with remaining chevre and bake in oven at 375 for 10 minutes.
