Ingredients

One loaf of French Bread

1/2 # Turkey Breast or preferred lunch meat

1/2 # Provolone-sliced

1/2 # Mozzarella-grated

1 thin sliced red onion

1 thin sliced tomato

Pickled Sweet Banana Peppers

Sliced Black Olives

1 thin sliced green pepper

Preparation

Slice the top of French Bread the entire length of the loaf and hollow out the inside. Sprinkle 1/2 of the mozzarella inside. Layer 1/2 of the Provolone, lunchmeat, tomato, red onion, green pepper, black olives and sweet banana peppers. Add the rest of the mozzarella and provolone, replace the top, bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.

Slice into individual servings and serve hot.
