Ingredients

12 jumbo shrimp

3/4 lb small scallops (chopped)

1 cup breadcrumb (I use fresh italian or multi grain bread)

1/3 cup parmesean cheese

1 stick butter (melted)

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley

Paprika for garnish

Preparation

Clean and devein Shrimp (leave tails on) Slit back of shrimp and lay flat Mix breadcrumb, cheese, melted butter, salt ,pepper and parsley. Mixture should be moist. Use one to two tablespoons per shrimp; laying mixture on top of fileted shrimp. Sprinkle with paprika. Arrange in baking dish. Bake in pre heated oven at 350degree oven for 30 minutes.
