Ingredients
Sauce:
3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
2 Onions Chopped
2 clove garlics minced
2 carrots sliced
2 cans of button mushrooms
2 14 ounce cans of beef broth
2 large cans of pear tomatoes
1 teaspoon of the each: salt, oregano, rosemary, sugar
2 Tablespoons of Basil
1 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
3 bags of frozen stuffed shells
Preparation
Saute the onions, garlic and carrots in the olive oil for 5 minutes. Add all the ingredients to a crock pot and simmer for at least 3 hours. Pour over the stuffed shells and bake at 350 for at least an hour, covered with foil.
