Ingredients
3/4 lb pkg jumbo pasta shells
2 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
Stir in:
8 oz. shredded mozzarella
2 T. chopped parsley
1/2 t. salt
Spaghetti meat sauce
Preparation
Boil 3/4 lbs jumbo shells. Rinse when done. Cream together cream cheese and eggs, then add remaining ingredients. Stuff each with heaping T. cheese mix. Spoon some spaghetti sauce in 9 X 13 pan and arrange shells in pan. Spoon more sauce to cover shells. Top with parmesan cheese. Bake 20 min. at 350.
