Ingredients
4 Red Peppers (capped and cored)
1 lb. ground veal or hamburger
1 egg
3-4 slices of bread (moisten with milk until mushy)
Whole canned tomatoes
Parmesian Cheese
Basil, Parsley, Oregano (1/2 tsp. of each)
S & P to taste
Olive oil
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix meat, egg, mushy bread, and seasonings. Stuff capped peppers, place caps on top. Place peppers in a greased baking dish. Squeeze whole tomato over top of each pepper and drizzle olive oil on top. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
