Ingredients
2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 28 oz. can Tomato Sauce
1 28 oz. can diced, undrained Tomatoes
2 cups cooked Rice
2 cups chopped Green Peppers
2 Beef Bullion Cubes
4 13 0z.cans Beef Broth
Preparation
In a large saucepan or dutch oven, brown beef: Add remaining ingredients: bring to a boil. Reduce heat: cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until peppers are tender
