Ingredients
3 cup long-grain brown rice
1 lb ground beef 5% fat
1 medium chopped green peppers
1 medium red bell pepper
1 cup, chopped onion
3 clove minced garlic
2 can (14.5 oz) Diced tomatoes
1.75 cup canned tomato sauce
2 cup canned chicken broth
1/2 tsp dried marjoram
1 dash (1/8 tsp) salt
1 dash ground pepper
Preparation
brown meat, add peppers, onion and garlic add tomatoes, sauce, broth and spices cover and simmer on low for 30 minutes
