Button Mushrooms

Green Olives

Butter or Marg

Garlic Butter

Grated parmesan Cheese

Bread Crumbs optional

Preparation

Remove stems of button mushrooms and place on tops on baking sheet with hole on top. Combine stems and green olives to aproximately the same volume in a blender and blend until fine. Melt about 3TBLS butter per # of mushrooms and add to mixture along with about 1tsp of mustard and 1/4 tsp garlic powder. Using a small spoon, fill the tops of all the mushrooms. Melt another 3 TBLS of butter to baste mushroom and filling and then sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for about 5-7 min. Serve warm
