Ingredients
2 packages white button mushrooms
1/4 lb prosciutto
1/2 cup grated reggiano parmigano
3 tbs garlic powder
3/4 cup italian bread crumbs
1/2 stick butter cut into 6 pieces
3/4 cup grated mozerella
Preparation
remove and chop mushroom stems , add to mictroave safe bowl chop prochutto and add to musroom stems add all ingredients exept mozerella cheese. microwave 2 minutes add mozerella cheese mix well stuff each mushroom cap and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked through.
