Ingredients

680 g imitation crab meat

500 g Philly Cream Cheese

1/4c green onions/chives

mushrooms

butter

Preparation

Mince crab meat and mix together with cheese and onions. Pop off stems from mushrooms and place in baking dish, top side down. Roll cheese and crab mixture into balls (3/4") and place on mushrooms. Place 1/4 tsp butter on each top and bake for 10 - 15 minutes until golden brown. Serve
