1 lb. Snowcap Mushrooms

3 Tbs. Butter

0.5 Tbs. Chopped Onion

~1.5 Tbs. Flour

0.5 tps. Parsley

1 Cup Chicken Bullion

Bread Crumbs

Preparation

Remove stems from mushroom Peal skin from mushrooms Chop stems Melt butter and add chopped stems and onions and simmer for 10 min. Add flour Add Chicken Bullion and thicken Spray baking dish with non-stick spray Place mushrooms in dish and fill cap with the mushroom stem mix Sprinkle with bread crumbs Bake in oven for 20-25 min. @ 375 degrees
