Ingredients

2 lbs. mushroom caps

½ cup chopped green olives

½ cup chopped black olives

¼ cup chopped parsley

Bread crumbs

Italian-style salad dressing

Preparation

Clean mushrooms, reserving mushroom stems. Place in a baking dish cap-side down. Add a small amount of water to the pan so the caps don’t stick to the pan. Chop mushroom stems. Mix with parsley and green and black olives. Add enough bread crumbs to bind the mixture and enough Italian-style dressing to make it moist. Stuff mushroom caps. Bake at 375 until golden brown. Serve warm.
